We stand behind our work with a firm satisfaction guarantee: we do not consider a project complete until you are satisfied.
Yes. Interiors and exteriors for businesses, along with decks, fences and patios for homes and businesses.
Yes. Doors and drawer fronts come off, everything is cleaned, de-glossed, primed and sprayed, then rehung on the same hinges. Honey oak to a current colour with no demolition.
It can. Houses built before 1978 may carry lead-based paint under the newer coats, and that changes how the prep has to be done. Tell us the age of the house when you call and we will plan the job around it.
Give portland-cement stucco about 28 days to cure. It comes out of the mixer around pH 12.5 to 13, and coating it while it is still that alkaline is how you end up with a finish that discolours or lets go within a season. It also needs an alkali-resistant masonry primer under the finish.
Yes, that is normal in Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs and Dayton. Get your final choice approved by your association before we start, because that decision is theirs, not ours and not the paint store's. We will paint whatever comes back approved.
Ultraviolet light. At 4,000 to 4,500 feet there is 10 to 15 percent more UV than at sea level, and the south and west elevations take most of it. UV breaks down the binder in the paint and the pigment chalks off. The north side of the same house can look almost new.
Spring through fall, and mornings in summer. Overnight lows average below freezing from around November into March, and coatings need warmth through the night to cure. The Washoe Zephyr makes summer afternoons a bad time for spraying. Interior work, cabinets and drywall or plaster repair we do year-round.
We are based in Fernley and work across Fernley, Spanish Springs, Sparks, Reno, Fallon and Dayton. The estimate is free in all of them.
Yes. Estimates are free, and each one is good for 90 days. Rob comes out, walks the house with you, notes the cracks, chalk, efflorescence and any association palette, and writes it up. Call or text (775) 722-7521.
